Cooking Co-ordinates is a state-of-the-art cooking school (Canberra’s leading cooking school, in fact), with auditorium and seating for up to 90 guests. Sharing our passion for food and cooking brings us great pleasure. With this in mind, owners Jan Martin-Brown and Liz Posmyk strive to offer the very best and most diverse program of cookery classes and events. Well-knowns—such as Rick Stein, Margaret Fulton, Belinda Jeffery, Gabriel Gate, Ian Parmenter, Geoff Jansz, Kurma Dasa, Charmaine Solomon, Maggie Beer, Stephanie Alexander, Ian Hemphill and Elizabeth Chong—are among the high profile lineup of presenters, joining some of Canberra’s leading chefs. Not forgetting budding young chefs, our team of home economists and our in-house chef lead school holiday cooking classes for children aged between 5 and 15 years. Renowned as Canberra’s leading cooking school, the seasonal program offers a diverse range of culinary events.
