Avocado and Chilli Tomato Soup


  • 1.6lts of tomato soup
  • 1x avocado, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1x long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1tbsp lime juice


  1. Pour soup into a saucepan on medium heat until heated through.
  2. Combine the avocado, chilli and lime juice in a small bowl.
  3. Ladle soup evenly among serving bowls. 
  4. Spoon over avocado mixture and serve immediately.
Tips: Try the avocado croutons with other soup flavours like cream of chicken soup or pumpkin soup.
